PMC and Gekko Enemy Counter Guide: Patrols, Cameras, and Heavy Units
Identify enemy roles quickly and choose the right counter for cameras, armor, drones, and Gekko patrols.
Read the patrol before acting
Every encounter becomes simpler once you identify the observer, the runner, and the heavy. Remove the observer first, then reposition before the search pattern changes.
- Tag cameras and radio carriers before firing.
- Use corners to make armored units rotate their bodies.
- Avoid fighting Gekko in open lanes; route around them whenever the level allows.
Gekko behavior
Gekko units punish predictable movement and loud weapons. Break their sightline, use vertical cover, and wait for their route to open rather than trading damage.
When to disengage
A tactical retreat is faster than clearing an entire arena. If your route is compromised, fall back to a previous cover pocket and let the conflict move.
